Having grown up with a background in Ballet, movement has always been part of who I am. My passion for Pilates started when I wanted a form of exercise to complement dance. There was no going back from there!

I believe deeply in sharing my passions of dance and Pilates, empowering my clients to be confident, encouraged and challenged. My class encourages anyone and everyone to be able to move in a fun, nurturing, satisfying and safe environment. Everyone’s journey and body is different, so my classes are interpersonal as I help each one of you achieve your goals in feeling better in mind, body and soul.

I can assure you that there will never be a dull moment as I welcome you in with a huge smile and a spring in my step! I may be small, but I do pack a punch!
