Clients are able to attend Group Reformer Pilates classes up until 14 weeks pregnant and are not permitted to attend Group Reformer Pilates classes thereafter. It is clients’ responsibility to inform trainers if they are pregnant or think they might be. Pilates Power do not accept any liability with regards to pregnancy.
Reformer Pilates is a form of low impact exercise that can be done daily. We recommend you to discuss your personal case with our instructors if you wish to attend classes everyday.
Our Pilates sessions are full body reformer. During our classes, all your muscles are targeted and activated, including upper body, lower body, core, glutes, etc. Overtime, Pilates assists with building muscles, improving joints conditions, and enhancing overall fitness and wellbeing.

At Pilates Power, we offer a variety of styles depending on instructors skills, talents and personalities. However, all our instructors in every class offer multiple layers for each movement. Clients can select their layers that suit them the most and enjoy the benefits of every move. Instructors assist you to find the most suited point, while they encourage you to push yourself and challenge your body. Our classes are beginners to advanced friendly.
You can see our class packs, memberships, and timetable on our website or on the Glofox app. We recommend you download Glofox app, search for “Pilates Power”, create a login account, and make purchases or book classes. We run around 40 classes per week to suit all lifestyles. Our wonderful team of instructors run classes in very different styles, so we recommend you to start with an Intro Pack of 5 sessions and explore multiple classes to find your favourites.
