I have always had a strong interest in health and wellbeing. I’m truly passionate about creating a community that everyone feels comfortable and motivated in to reach their fitness goals. Expect to have a full body dynamic workout complemented by stretches to help you feel rejuvenated and ready for your day. I am also an experienced Physiotherapist by day, and incorporate this knowledge into my Pilates practice.
In my spare time, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, am an avid Collingwood supporter and finding the next best brunch spot.
