Hi Everyone, my name is Sarah Conte. I currently help out at Power Pilates for covers where I can & absolutely love the community & studio here. It is honestly just stunning.
I have been in the fitness industry now for 15 years, a rehabilitation personal trainer specialising in correct exercise.
I am also a Fitness & First Aid Lecturer & am very passionate about all things health & wellness.
Coming from a dance background the younger me was exposed to the benefits of Pilates when I was only a teenager, reformer combines my love for resistance training with corrective exercise & I believe it is the most powerful workout around.
My classes are always different & my woo girl attitude keeps the room vibrant & full of energy, I hope to see you in one of my classes soon.
